The hotel & Restaurant "Skopski Merak" is quite new and was opened at the beginning of June 2001. The restaurant which operates at a capacity of 70 guests is located at the basement, and the hotel rooms are on the 3 floors above the restaurant, fully air-conditioned, equipped with TV sets with satelite programs, phone lines and an internet access.
At the top floor, there is a balcony with few additional tables, aimed at extra comfort and convinience for our guests.At the inner part of the building, there is a central hall that goes throughout the entire building, through all of the floors. The inner sides of the rooms have a warm view on the hall, which is very esthetically arranged. |

LOCATION: The hotel & Restaurant "Skopski Merak" is situated in a four-floor facility located at Andon Dukov 27 in Skopje, right accross the city zoo. "Skopski Merak" is very close to the city park, only 200 m away from the American Embassy, 10 minutes by foot to downtown, and about 5 minutes to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia.

ACCOMMODATION: There are 6 single-bed rooms with queen size beds in our hotel. Each room has its own bathroom, a 37 cm TV set and an air conditioner. The accommodation price is 70 EUR including breakfast, VAT and other local taxes.
There are also 6 double-bed rooms in the hotel, with two separate beds in each room, which if needed, can be rearranged to serve as a single-bed rooms. There are 3 apartments in our hotel, with one king-size bed per apartment. Each apartment is equipped with 51 cm TV set, an air conditioner and a jacuzzi. The accommodation price is 100 EUR including breakfast, VAT and other local taxes.
All our rooms are equipped as follows:
- One central elevator that serves the entire hotel;
- A bathroom per room (regular or jacuzzi);
- Air conditioner
- 37 - 51 cm TV sets with satellite programs;
- Phone set;
- Internet access.
The bathrooms are modernly arranged and equipped. The single-bed and double-bed rooms are equipped with regular bathtubs, adn the apartments are equipped with jacuzzi bathtubs
RESTAURANT: The restaurant with balcony of "Skopski Merak" is located at the basement of the hotel building, on its front side. The restaurant max. capacity is 70 guests and is fully air conditioned. Our restaurant organizes and serves cocktails for special occasions.
The food our restaurant serves is:
- Macedonian national dishes, and
- Sea food.
At the top floor, there is a balcony with few additional tables, aimed at extra comfort and convinience for our guests.
