As well as our 281 elegant guest rooms and suites, there are also eight conference and banqueting rooms and a Business Centre with all the latest telecommunications at your disposal. ACCOMMODATION: All 281 of our rooms, including the Fontenay Suite, eleven further suites and 21 Bellevue Rooms, combine an elegant ambience with latest technology. Skipper's offers rustic and regional cuisine. Fontenay 10 Bar offers a range of multicultural drinks and snacks.

This fine dining restaurant on the 9th floor of the hotel is a new concept in gastronomy, its diversity will surprise you. The interior is decorated with blue and gold carpeting, golden window curtains, delicate panelling in light wood, polished yellow marble and hand-painted walls. The elegant Windows restaurant overlooks the Alster, offering a marvellous view of the lake and the city. An international restaurant with a show kitchen, buffet and à la carte specialities. The restaurant is situated on the lobby floor. Elegant woodwork with lively patterned textiles and carpeting combine to make the surroundings feel fresh and modern. Terracotta tiling and parquet flooring emphasise the eclecticism of the restaurant.

Signatures, open throughout the day, places great importance on using market-fresh produce,and besides offering regional and international cuisine, is pleased to offer healthy menus, and vegetarian or low-calorie dishes, should they be desired.

Skipper's pub on the Lobby floor, the old Bierstube, offers rustic and regional cuisine. Wooden floorboards, wainscoting, benches, high stools and tables,are all combined to create a cosy atmosphere. Here you'll find on offer a selection of salads, sandwiches, egg dishes, soups, regional fish and meat main courses and desserts.
